I had a screw in my tire, and even though my tires had very little tread left, they were willing to patch it instead of trying to sell me a new tire. I appreciated that, and the $22 price was very reasonable. My frustration was with the appointment itself. I called ahead, scheduled a 2:00 PM appointment, and specifically asked how long the repair would take because I'm heavily pregnant and in constant pain. I was told it would take about 30 minutes as long as I arrived on time. I arrived about five minutes early, but no one acknowledged me even though there were four employees in the office. I ended up waiting an hour, and my car wasn't even pulled into the shop until about 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but if appointments aren't going to be honored, it would have been nice to know that upfront instead of being told to expect a 30-minute visit. The other major issue was the cleanliness of the shop. The restroom was extremely dirty—I had to wipe down the toilet seat before I could use it, and the sink was in even worse condition. This place was insanely helpful! We were driving when we noticed the bottom of my car protection plate had come off and was breaking. We had no idea what to do so we decided to give them a call to ask. Cody was super nice and offered to take it off for us. I seriously appreciate them so much as I need my car for my job. 10/10 recommend, the employees are nice and they will help you with anything

Was very satisfied with your kind, friendly, and caring team members! Enjoyed chatting at the front desk! The job you did and the cost was a good deal. Thank you so much, I will definitely be coming back, as we always do. I would highly recommend you.

I have been getting my car worked on here at Tires Plus for years. I have always had great service and pretty good pricing. Tires plus will continue to be apart of my auto family!
